 The Role of the Abrasives and Tools in the Machining

 
The abrasives and tools, known as  the  Industrial  Teeth, is  the tools  used in  the machining and  is closely linked with people's life and production activities.  As early  as  the  ancient  times,  people  have  begun  to know how to make tools, such as making zax and spicule. Artificial abrasives and tools have more than one hundred  year  of developing history and due  to  its  excellent  properties,  they  have  taken  the  place  of the natural silica, garnet and  corundum  and  greatly  propel   the  development  of  machine-manufacturing  industry  in  the 20th century, demonstrating its  irreplaceable superiority more and  more  in  the machining. The same case  is  with   many   other  industries  such  as  steel&iron,  automobile,  ship-making,  machine  tool,  optics,   electronics   and   instruments,  measures,  blades, bearings, aerial, etc.
Abrasive machining means machining by the abrasives  and  the  tools. During  the  machining,  the abrasive  grains  can  be  discrete or  concrete; they  can be machined by machine or  by  hand. what  the  abrasives  and  tools  take  the  shapes  of  in  the  abrasive  machining is cutting ,  grinding  and  polishing,  among  of which the grinding is the most widely used. By  the  abrasive  machining, we  can  achieve  the  high  quality and precision of the surface, enhance the efficiency of the machining, use for machining all kinds of materials and satisfy multifarious requirements of the machining.
